The Brokerage Manager would be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to attract, retain, and optimize the production of new and existing agents and affiliates. This is a sales role that requires phone and webinar contact with new agent sign-ups to the InsureIO CRM platform, to convince agents to submit business to Pinney Insurance Center. ENVIRONMENT:
100% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions. Travel will be (up to 20%) required in support of the position&rsquo;s responsibilities.
