We're seeking a passionate and experienced Behavior Technician to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our clients.
Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)</li><li>Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)</li><li>Collect and record data on client progress and behavior</li><li>Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans</li><li>Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach</li><li>Potential for full-time hours</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred</li><li>Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans effectively</li><li>Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on individuals' lives</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times</li></ul>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">About the Role</h3>

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you&rsquo;ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You&rsquo;ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

<li>Collect data on treatment goals during each session
