The candidate must also be proficient in preparing maintenance reports and possess a valid driver's license.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.</li><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related building equipment.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting MEP systems and building services.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections to ensure all MEP systems operate safely and efficiently.</li><li>Carry out electrical works, including wiring, lighting, control panels, and basic fault-finding.</li><li>Perform plumbing works, including installation, repairs, and maintenance of water supply and drainage systems.</li><li>Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP equipment and systems.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and inspection reports.</li><li>Coordinate with supervisors, team members, and clients regarding maintenance activities and project requirements.</li><li>Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and local regulations.</li><li>Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as an MEP Technician in facility maintenance, construction, or related fields.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.</li><li>Experience in HVAC maintenance and repair is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.</li><li>Competency in preparing maintenance and service reports.</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Relevant technical certifications or trade qualifications in MEP, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing disciplines are preferred.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Good communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulations.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in facilities management or building maintenance.</li><li>Certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or related technical trades.</li></ul>Pay: From QAR1.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a valid driver's license from Qatar?</li><li>What are your salary expectations for this position?</li><li>If selected, when would you be available to start?</li><li>Do you experience in preparing and submitting maintenance report?
