What you will do</b></p><p>
Performs new installation and service for system commissioning of HVAC systems including Air handlers, Boilers, chilled water systems, variable air volume boxes, fan coils and exhaust fans etc... using Johnson Controls configuration and Metasys building automation tools to commission, troubleshoot and resolve basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls problems. Responds to basic warranty calls. Provide our customers with the highest level of technical field support to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service related items. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service. Program and install new HVAC systems, help organize and execute projects to completion by communicating to project managers and preforming high quality point to point check out of systems.</p><p></p><p><b>
How you will do it</b></p><p>
Loads system-level controller software.</p><p>
Performs basic commissioning, system diagnostics and sequence testing from system-level controllers to end devices (i.e. sensors, relays, actuators, valves, etc) and completes all required commissioning documentation.</p><p>
Calibrates systems requiring basic electronic test equipment.</p><p>
Preform basic building management system commissioning and diagnostics by adding and removing commissioned equipment points, trending and alarming those points for the customers so that they may receive alerts via email or text in case of emergency. Trending those points for historical data to diagnose and maintain HVAC systems</p><p>
Keeps management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issues. Documents changes and provide information for as-built documentation.</p><p>
