Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in hotel engineering, facilities management, or construction works</li><li>
Strong technical knowledge of high-standard building systems, equipment, and infrastructure</li><li>
Demonstrated proficiency with Building Management Systems (BMS) and technical software platforms (e.g., Maximo)</li><li>
Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to supervise and motivate maintenance teams</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with strong attention to detail</li><li>
Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively</li><li>
Proven ability to work under pressure and manage emergency situations with composure and efficiency</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus</li><li>
Knowledge of fire safety systems, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance best practices</li><li>
Experience coordinating with external contractors and vendors</li><li>
