What are the requirements for this position?</b></p><ul><li>
You have been currently working as a Building Maintenance Tech II for at least 2 years or at least 4-5 years of experience in a related field</li><li>
You are currently managing at least one subordinate</li><li>
You have proficient knowledge of hand tools and maintenance duties</li><li>
You have time management capability to accomplish work within established parameters</li><li>
You have a customer service focus and the ability anticipate guest needs</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Physical Requirements for this Position</b></p><p>
This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
