The MIL Corporation seeks a Reimbursement Analyst (Business Analysis, Analyst) to support a federal government client in the Washington, DC area.
This position currently requires an on-site schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Perform reimbursement analysis, management, and procedures development.</li><li>
Allocate reimbursement funds to the proper appropriation and program office.</li><li>
Respond to all inquiries and follow ups on pending transactions.</li><li>
Reconcile the allotted amounts in budget system with the allocated amounts.</li><li>
Contact agencies who have not paid reimbursement invoices.</li><li>
Ensure all proper documents are included for reimbursements if client is the buyer from other bureaus of the department.</li><li>
Monitor the reimbursement ceiling and alert the client as needed.</li><li>
Process working capital fund invoices per guidance provided by the client.</li><li>
Handle classified reimbursement transactions accordingly.</li></ul>

Required Qualifications<ul><li>
3-5 years of experience with reimbursements and interagency agreements.</li><li>
Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Experience in federal financial management and skilled in using systems that support federal financial management services.</li><li>
Must be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills to interface with personnel and other government agencies at all levels.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>
Experience working with databases and financial processes.</li><li>
Possess critical thinking skills to conceptualize solutions within specified parameters.</li></ul>
Desired Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience with G-Invoicing.</li><li>
Experience utilizing MS Power Apps or similar software.</li></ul>
Education
BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant Business Field.
Clearance
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance and be able to upgrade to a Top Secret (TS) clearance as required.

For this position, the projected compensation range is $89,000 - $95,000 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL&rsquo;s complete compensation package.
