MBA or Masters preferred</li><li>
Demonstrated experience managing a team of technically advanced analytical professionals</li><li>
Experience managing an A/B testing program and working with database-driven sites and content management tools</li><li>
Experience in relevant marketing analytics and models</li><li>
Ability to communicate with both business and technical resources, particularly the skill of expressing complex issues with clarity &amp; simplicity</li><li>
Flexible and responsive; able to perform in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and meet aggressive deadlines</li><li>
Open to idea exploration with strong problem-solving/analytical abilities</li><li>
