Fearless is seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale federal workforce training and learning management program. This role is responsible for translating complex stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive platform enhancements, training delivery, and data reporting across a national system. 
The Business Analyst operates at the intersection of business, technology, and training,
working closely with federal stakeholders, engineers, and instructional design teams to
ensure that solutions align with mission objectives and user needs. This role requires

a structured federal environment.

Your Responsibilities in this Role:<ul><li>
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from federal stakeholders, including program leadership, training teams, and system users.</li><li>
Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications aligned with Agile delivery practices.</li><li>
Support backlog development and prioritization in collaboration with the Program Manager, Scrum Master, and technical teams.</li><li>

Place of Performance &amp; Travel Requirements<ul><li>
While this role is primarily remote, the individual must be available to attend in-person customer meetings at the client&rsquo;s headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland, as needed.</li><li>
The individual in this role will support approximately three in-person events annually within the greater Baltimore metropolitan area. These events range from one to five days in length and require full on-site participation.</li></ul>

Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting federal or large-scale enterprise programs.</li><li>
Proven experience gathering and documenting requirements in Agile delivery environments.</li><li>
Experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation for technical teams.</li><li>
Experience analyzing and documenting business processes, workflows, and system interactions.</li><li>
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), training platforms, or workforce development programs is highly desirable.</li><li>
