   3&ndash;6 years of experience as a business analyst, functional consultant, or similar role

   Strong requirements engineering skills: you can run interviews, write clear user stories, and produce structured specifications
  </li>
  <li>
   Process mapping and optimisation experience &mdash; you know how to read a broken workflow and design a better one
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in digital, MarTech, CRM, or marketing operations environments preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   Clear, structured written communication &mdash; your documentation is used, not filed
  </li>
  <li>
   Client-facing experience: you can run a working session and manage expectations without escalating everything
  </li>
