OBJECTIVES OF ENGAGEMENT:

The IT Business Analyst is a Senior level resource with specialized knowledge and experience in requirements analysis and documentation, test case planning and testing, coordinating communications and project tasks, while acting as liaison between customer program areas and IT teams. This position will work with business analysts, application developers, and DBAs to achieve project objectives - delivery dates, cost objectives, quality objectives, and program area customer satisfaction objectives. The position is responsible for:

<li>Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.</li>

<li>Experience developing Quality-of-service (QoS) (non-functional) requirements - requirements that do not perform a specific function for the business requirement but are needed to support the functionality. For example: performance, scalability, QoS, security and usability.</li>
<li>Experience developing Requirements Traceability Matrix - a cross matrix for recording the requirements through each stage of the requirements gathering process.</li>
<li>Strong organization and writing skills.</li>
<li>Experience developing graphic representations of complex business processes.</li>
<li>Ability to analyze data and perform statistical analysis.</li>
<li>Experience working with users to develop and implement improved business processes.</li>

<ul><li>Build and own reporting frameworks that track Prime membership performance, translating raw data into clear, executive-ready narratives for SVP-level audiences.</li><li>Conduct deep-dive analyses using internal and external data sources to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, synthesizing complex findings into concise, actionable takeaways.</li><li>Develop KPI frameworks for ambiguous or unmeasured business challenges, establishing clear success metrics that enable teams to track progress and drive accountability.</li><li>Design and maintain dashboards and automated reporting pipelines that reduce manual effort and increase the speed and reliability of business insights.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams &mdash; including Retail Stores, WW Prime, and Prime Benefits (Prime Video, Prime Gaming, Shipping) &mdash; to align on measurement standards and ensure consistency in how program performance is evaluated.</li><li>Lead automation initiatives for critical reporting processes, improving scalability and freeing capacity for higher-value analytical work.</li></ul>

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</h2><ul><li>3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience</li><li>5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience</li><li>3+ years of business or financial analysis experience</li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent</li><li>Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights</li><li>Experience with Excel</li><li>Experience with SQL</li><li>Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h2><ul><li>Experience in customer segmentation, customer behavior analysis, conjoint/trade-off modeling</li><li>Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools</li></ul>

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
