Job Description 
The Business Development Manager, MENA will be the core driver behind the company&rsquo;s growth strategy through new and existing partners and Business Development Managers in Turkey.
A professional who can identify and build strong, lasting strategic relationships with new and existing partners and establish a presence, including regulation, where possible.
The ideal candidate will have strong and proven track record of business development through partners in a similar role and should have strong technical knowledge and understanding of the FX, CFD and Crypto market, and ideally have existing relationships in the company&rsquo;s target regions. The candidate should have experience leading teams and consistently achieving challenging targets.
Role Responsibilities<ul><li>
Consistently meet and exceed targets on Revenue, Trading Volume and Active Clients in the targeted countries.</li><li>
Execute the company&rsquo;s growth strategy based on Introducing Brokers, Strategic Partners and BDMs in Turkey to increase revenue and expand our regional footprint.</li><li>
Lead expansion in new markets within Turkey by building new strategic partnerships in the region and leverage existing and past partner relationships.</li><li>
Use your existing network to grow indirect contribution through new partners, identify key players and create the environment for new partnerships.</li><li>
Proactively identify opportunities to improve current processes across functional areas, optimizing our procedures for efficiency and productivity.</li><li>

Qualifications

Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>
1&ndash;3+ years in TV programming/scheduling or channel operations, ideally with entertainment brands.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with scheduling/ad-sales and planning tools (e.g., WON, Maestro, M360) and EPG creation.</li><li>
Strong grasp of localization workflows (dubs/subs) and affiliate deliverables/metadata.</li><li>
Analytical mindset with Excel/PowerPoint proficiency; able to turn performance data into actionable grid changes.</li><li>
Clear written/verbal communication; fluent Turkish and professional English.</li><li>
Excellent coordination, attention to detail, and deadline discipline; comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
Familiarity with RT&Uuml;K requirements and internal broadcast standards.</li><li>
Experience planning cross-promos and sponsorship integrations.</li><li>
Exposure to non-linear (OTT/catch-up) planning and affiliate operations.</li></ul>
