Job Description:
The Manager of Solutions Design &amp; Pricing oversees a team responsible for designing and developing warehousing and distribution solutions that meet customer needs. This role provides strategic direction and mentorship to ensure optimal pricing, solution development, and process improvements. The manager collaborates with senior leadership, business development, operations, and customers to create innovative and cost-effective supply chain solutions. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Designers to ensure alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements.</li><li>

Solution Design Knowledge: Advanced understanding of supply chain solution design, including warehousing and distribution strategies, labor optimization, and WMS functionality.</li><li>
