Otter Tail Power Company is seeking a qualified Business Data Analyst to lead the development, support, and ongoing operation of business data systems that support electric utility operations, analytics, and reporting. This position serves as a subject matter expert for business data processes and plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and effective integration across enterprise applications.</p>

Experience with electric utility rates and billing processes, computer systems analysis, and application support is required, along with strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and time management skills. Candidates must be able to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and demonstrate customer service and utility billing experience, strong reporting and data analysis capabilities, and development, scripting, or programming skills. Knowledge of electrical meters and electric distribution systems and operations is highly desirable. The role also requires experience supporting data architecture, data management, and archiving, as well as the ability to manage and support multiple application environments, including Test, Development, Disaster Recovery, and Production.
