 Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

 Master's degree (preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of three to five years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role (engineering consulting or related industry)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with BI tools (e.g.,QLIK, Power BI, SQL) and data modeling techniques
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint (preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) (preferred)
