Job Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead the Finance reporting and analytics roadmap across business segments, translating leadership priorities into scalable analytics and reporting capabilities that allow standardized financial insights across CenterWell</li><li>
Define and improve common reporting constructs, KPIs, and financial views across finance while aligning analytics initiatives with broader finance transformation strategy.</li><li>
Provide leadership oversight and architectural direction for analytics and reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL-based data models, and the Snowflake/Databricks finance data platform</li><li>

The Director, IBP (Integrated Business Planning) , acts as the architect, teacher, conductor, and enabler of the Smith+Nephew IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process. This role leads the deployment of formal SIOP/IBP governance, drives maturity toward end-to-end IBP, and enables integration of advanced planning technology and analytics. This role ensures global revenue, unit demand plans, supply plans, and inventory are optimized to meet business objectives while aligning stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Product Development.
What will you need to be successful?
<ul><li>Drive IBP maturity and standard governance across business units and geographies.
</li><li>Define and manage IBP process design, success measures, and interaction with adjacent processes.
</li><li>Benchmark process maturity versus industry peers and thought leaders.
</li><li>Align processes, organizational roles, and enabling technology to support business outcomes.
</li><li>Communicate with stakeholders across functions and levels to drive alignment and shared outcomes.
</li><li>Ensure IBP processes proactively surface trade-offs (investments, service, inventory) for decision-making.
</li><li>Facilitate problem-solving with global manufacturing and demand planning teams leading to standard process improvements.
</li><li>Deploy and enable process technology to maximize data transparency and eliminate non-value-add steps.
</li><li>Document process design and maintain the IBP/SIOP Playbook; assess and improve process maturity.
</li><li>Define IBP key metrics; track benefits and improvements in service, inventory, revenue, and cost.
</li><li>Conduct change impact, risk/benefits, and interdependency analyses in collaboration with SMEs.
</li><li>Support hiring, training, and onboarding of IBP/SIOP coordinators across regions.
</li><li>Define competency models and assessment criteria for planning roles; provide coaching and development.
</li><li>Lead through influence in a matrixed environment; may have direct or dotted-line reports.

Education: Bachelor's degree - Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field preferred; Master's degree preferred

</li><li>Proven track record of global process implementation and technology enablement (Kinaxis, SAP/Oracle).

</li><li>Technology enablement and tools (e.g., Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse, SAP/Oracle)
</li><li>Process definition, mapping, analysis, implementation; project/program management across geographies.
</li><li>Analytics and problem-solving; ability to balance competing interests and resource constraints.
</li><li>Change management; ability to leverage technology innovation; thought leadership to anticipate future needs.
</li><li>Conceptual thinking; builds original concepts and connects activities to outcomes.
</li><li>Building relationships; cross-functional collaboration; communicates effectively at all levels.
</li><li>Influencing others; creating buy-in, and motivating action.

<ul><li>The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $181,500 -$213,500 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. In addition to base pay, we offer competitive bonus and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, parental leave, generous PTO, paid company holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time annually, and a variety of wellness offerings such as EAP.
