Kalahari Resorts &amp; Conventions is seeking a <b>Business Intelligence Analyst</b>. Kalahari is building its first dedicated Business Intelligence team. Right now, we have a modern data stack: Snowflake as our warehouse, Braze for marketing, and over 70 data sources flowing in from all five resort properties. With that, we don't have a dedicated analyst to turn that into ongoing insights for the business. This role is the first educated hire.</p>

</p><p>You and this team will work directly with our C-suite, along with cross-functional leaders across marketing, revenue management, and operations, to build out dashboards, analyses, and reporting that the company runs on! It's a ground-floor opportunity to shape how a billion-dollar resort company uses data.</p>

<ul><li> Hands-on experience building production-grade Power BI reports, including knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data model design.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts</li></ul>
