<p><b>Job Summary</b><br/>We are seeking a responsible and friendly Photographer and Business Leader to oversee our camp health services and join our Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains, Camp Farnsworth, Overnight Camp Team. In the combined role of Photographer and Business Leader, this team member is responsible for overall business operations and main photographer of campers and staff during the camp season. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, coordinates lost and found and organizes office supplies.</li><li>Maintain and operate the phone and computer systems of the camp office. Answer the phone, provide information and coordinate communication with the Camp Director.</li><li>Organize and champion weekly session registration for each session. Responsible for training and assigning staff for registration procedures, organizes camper health cards and maintains registration with the Bedford office. Updates camp forms and coordinates printing.</li><li>Provides excellent customer service by helping to solve conflicts amongst staff, campers, and families in person, on the phone and via email. Provides information about campers in a professional and confidential manner to stakeholders. Keeps the Camp Director abreast of any conflicts, situations or feedback that arise.</li><li>Ensure receipts are filed for each purchase and reconcile petty cash on a weekly basis.</li><li>Track vehicle usage and gas receipts. Performs vehicle safety checks daily and before out-of-camp trips. Alerts the Camp Director of any issues with leased vehicles, immediately.</li><li>Photograph and video campers and staff in activities throughout in various scenery and program areas intended for social media posts, future print and digital marketing.</li><li>Edit, organize and manage photography and video media.</li><li>Photograph campers in all sessions participating in camp activities and programs. About the role

 As the leader for Joby&rsquo;s future presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you will build the business from the ground up, establishing the foundational relationships, operating model, and multi-year strategy needed to launch a safe, compliant, and scalable service. Partnering closely with Joby&rsquo;s senior leadership and U.S. headquarters teams, you will drive government and municipal engagement, develop strategic partnerships (including JVs and M&amp;A), and lead end-to-end deal execution. You will serve as Joby&rsquo;s local face, elevating brand awareness, representing the company with stakeholders and media, translating market insights into action, and providing clear performance updates to executive leadership and the board.

   Build the Business Foundation: Lay the foundation for the future KSA market for Joby
  </li>
  <li>
   Policy and Partnerships: In partnership with Joby&rsquo;s senior leadership team, identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with local government entities, municipalities, and strategic partners to build trust and credibility, thereby strengthening Joby&rsquo;s position in the KSA
  </li>
  <li>
   Corporate and Business Development: Source, evaluate, and execute M&amp;A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Lead cross-functional due diligence and manage deal execution from start to finish in the KSA
  </li>
  <li>
   Drive Strategic Execution: Implement a vision and multi-year business strategy that balances execution across aircraft sales, business development, corporate development, government relations, OEM, manufacturing, and operations
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop Market Awareness: stay apprised of local trends, business opportunities, infrastructure opportunities, consumer mobility preferences, etc., within the KSA, and build action plans to exploit opportunities for Joby
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with US Team: Work cross-functionally with Joby&rsquo;s US-based headquarters functions to support global strategic initiatives and to support partner(s) in launching a successful, safe, and compliant service in the KSA
  </li>
  <li>
   Establish the Joby Brand Locally: Gather market insights and work closely with Joby&rsquo;s marketing, business development, and communications teams to build a highly recognizable brand within the KSA
  </li>

   Be the Local Face of Joby: Serve as the primary local representative of Joby at KSA events and with local press to drive awareness and early adoption
  </li>

   Report to Joby Leadership: Provide regular updates on business performance and identify areas requiring support from the executive team and board of director s

   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience
  </li>
  <li>
   10+ years of experience in M&amp;A, Corporate Development, Program Management, Business Development, Government Relations, and/or Strategy
  </li>
  <li>
   10+ years of leadership experience, with increasing levels of responsibility
  </li>
  <li>
   Highly strategic thinker with strong business acumen and structured problem-solving skills demonstrated through delivery of large complex projects/programs
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence at all levels,inspire teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the organization with external stakeholders
  </li>
  <li>
   An entrepreneurial mindset is suited for launching and scaling a new entity
  </li>
  <li>
   Exceptional ability to build and execute on a growth strategy
  </li>
  <li>
   Extensive professional network within the KSA and the Middle East, and proven ability to develop and maintain relationships
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal communication
  </li>
  <li>
   Able to travel up to 30% of the time, including to the United States
  </li>
  <li>
   Legally able to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or have the ability to be sponsored for a work visa

   Previously launched and scaled a business or business unit

   Broad business experience in the Middle East
