We are seeking an experienced Institutional and Capacity Building Expert to support a major urban transport BRT project in Karachi, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing existing institutional arrangements, identifying gaps, and supporting the development of a practical roadmap for institutional strengthening to support sustainable BRT operations.<ul><li>
Gather and review information related to the existing institutional and regulatory framework relevant to the BRT project</li><li>
