The Business<b> </b>Process Training Lead manages the design, development, and delivery of role-based process and system training across Victaulic&rsquo;s global user community. This role partners with stakeholders across manufacturing, branch operations, supply chain, sales, customer care, quality, tools and rentals, fabrication, and finance to support consistent, effective process execution.</div><div>
The scope of training includes Victaulic&rsquo;s mission-critical Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) processes and integrated systems, including but not limited to Infor M3, Adobe Commerce Cloud, Salesforce, and related applications. The Process Training Lead works closely with Victaulic IT and Global Process Owners (GPOs) to deliver accurate, engaging learning experiences that drive process adherence, system proficiency, skill development, and organizational performance.</div><div>
Using Victaulic-approved Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Learning &amp; Development best practices, the Process Training Lead ensures users are prepared, engaged, and capable of effectively executing their roles. This position plays a key role in supporting go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilization by aligning training to business outcomes, role expectations, and behavioral adoption&mdash;not just knowledge transfer&mdash;and by ensuring training documentation remains current as processes evolve. <b>This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.</b></div><div></div><div><div><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b><br>
<b>Program Ownership &amp; Governance</b></div><ul><li>
End to end accountability and project management for the Project Unite Training Program.</li><li>
Build rapport quickly with executive leadership, vendors, establishing credibility through business acumen and instructional design expertise.</li></ul><ul><li>
Serve as the primary training lead for Project Unite, partnering with IT, OCM, GPOs, and Workstream Leads to align training strategy with overall project timelines, readiness milestones, and governance decisions.</li><li>
Identify and escalate training-related readiness risks and partner with project leadership to define mitigation plans.</li></ul><div><b>
Needs Analysis &amp; Design</b></div><ul><li>
Conduct training needs assessment and training gap analysis for impacted users in collaboration with Victaulic Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Workstream Leads (WSLs).</li><li>
Oversee the Instructional design of training materials for the Project Unite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software suite, targeting end users, vendors and/or customers, with complementary learning experiences.</li><li>
Define role-based learning paths that clearly articulate &ldquo;what is changing,&rdquo; &ldquo;what is expected,&rdquo; and &ldquo;how success is measured&rdquo; for each impacted group.</li></ul><div><b>
Development &amp; Quality Assurance</b></div><ul><li>
Manage a team of internal and/or external training developers that will build the materials designed and provide feedback and quality assurance for the final materials.</li><li>
Coach Partner with Victaulic training delivery Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on train-the-trainer best practices that encourage participation, and authentic skills practice.</li><li>
Establish training quality standards and review checkpoints to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability across global regions.</li></ul><div><b>
Delivery &amp; Facilitation</b></div><ul><li>
Identify and engage Victaulic Subject Matter Experts as trainers and design an effective train-the-trainer program that equips them to confidently and consistently delivers high-quality training within their functional areas.</li><li>
Manage delivery of virtual, in-person, and blended learning experiences using adult learning principles and experiential methods.</li><li>
Coordinate logistics for learning events, including confirmation of rosters, uploading materials to Victaulic University (LMS), technology setup for instructor-led training, and venue requirements.</li><li>
Evaluate training delivery feedback and adapt facilitation approaches based on participant needs, group dynamics, and cultural contexts.</li></ul><div><b>
Adoption, Reinforcement &amp; Transfer of Learning</b></div><ul><li>
Partner with Victaulic Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers and ePMO &amp; Operational Excellence to refine program content based on delivery insights.</li><li>
Partner with leaders to reinforce new behaviors post-training and support sustained adoption beyond initial rollout.</li><li>
Plan spot audits to assess participant skill demonstrations and provide developmental feedback.</li></ul><div><b>
Measurement &amp; Continuous Improvement</b></div><ul><li>
Establish metrics to evaluate training effectiveness, learner readiness, and skill proficiency.</li><li>

Qualifications:</b><b>

Role:</p><p>
We are seeking an AI Strategy and Process Lead to institutionalize the use of AI across core business processes. The mission of this role is to create increasing scale on costs by systematically identifying, implementing, and measuring AI-enabled improvements that drive meaningful productivity gains.</p><p>
Starting with two pilot functions, this leader will design a repeatable framework for AI opportunity identification, deployment, governance, and performance measurement. Success in this role will be defined by sustained, measurable improvements in cost efficiency, cycle time, and quality &mdash; and by building an internal capability that enables responsible, scalable AI adoption across the organization.</p><p></p><p>
Responsibilities:
</p><p><b>AI Opportunity Identification and Prioritization</b></p><ul><li><div>
Partner with functional leaders to identify high-leverage processes suitable for AI enablement.</div></li><li><div>
Map workflows, quantify baseline performance (cost, time, quality), and prioritize opportunities based on ROI and feasibility.</div></li><li><div>
Develop clear business cases for AI investments, including expected impact and risks.</div></li></ul><p><b>
Implementation and Execution</b></p><ul><li><div>
Lead end-to-end deployment of AI tools and workflow redesign across pilot functions.</div></li><li><div>
Redesign processes to embed AI natively rather than layering tools onto existing inefficiencies.</div></li><li><div>
Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure adoption, training, and operational continuity.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and risk standards.</div></li></ul><p><b>
Measurement and Performance Management</b></p><ul><li><div>
Define standardized metrics to assess AI impact (e.g., cost per unit, throughput, error rates, headcount leverage).</div></li><li><div>
Establish dashboards and reporting cadences to track performance.</div></li><li><div>
Deliver sustained productivity improvements in pilot processes, with documented performance over at least six months.</div></li><li><div>
Present regular updates to executive leadership on outcomes, risks, and expansion opportunities.</div></li></ul><p><b>

Strong analytical capability with comfort defining metrics and evaluating ROI.</div></li><li><div>
Practical familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and modern productivity systems.</div></li><li><div>
Experience operating in regulated or data-sensitive environments is preferred.</div></li><li><div>
