<ul><li>Supporting assigned business area in the development of strategies, practices, systems, and activities by conducting analyses of initiatives to understand and communicate existing trends</li><li>
Analyzing and interpreting data; and translating data analysis into recommendations that are aligned with business objectives.</li><li>
Managing compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures by analyzing and interpreting reports.</li><li>
Implementing and monitoring human resource compliance processes and implementing action plans to improve performance.</li><li>
Ensuring confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records.</li><li>
Managing customer service on escalated issues by handling incoming and outgoing correspondence to various internal and external customers.</li><li>
Following up on concerns and challenges, providing technical support on benefits systems and websites, providing benefits education, and researching complex benefits questions and issues to resolve problems.</li><li>
Communicating systems problems and resolution proposals to senior leadership and third-party administrators.</li><li>
Handling escalated service issues, including calls with attorneys and plaintiffs.</li><li>
Keying complex manual enrollments for associates and serving as a liaison between departments, third-party administrators, and various internal and external customers to resolve highly complex issues and concerns.</li><li>
Managing equipment, software, and network requests by submitting requests for technical equipment, hardware, workstations, and software.</li><li>
Creating documentation and internal document tasks for department training, and training material as needed to educate customers.</li></ul>

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
