POSITION SUMMARY</b></p>
<p>
Primarily responsible for business development in assigned territory with a minimum of 50%-60% of time spent on business development activities. Supports Branch Manager with the leadership and management of branch service, sales, operations as needed.</p>

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</b></p>

<li>Applies the Westfield Bank Service and Sales Process during customer interactions to acquire, enhance, and service customer relationships.</li>
<li>Builds pipeline of current and future business prospects through market research and business calling activities.</li>
<li>Collaborates with internal and external partners to meet business customers&rsquo; commercial lending, cash management and merchant service&rsquo;s needs.</li>
<li>Takes small business and home equity loan applications and serves as a liaison between customer and loan processor until loan closes.</li>
<li>Resolves customer inquiries and complaints. Manages the grey areas.</li>
<li>Opens new business and personal accounts, cross sells bank products and services, and performs service transactions including wire transfers, check approvals, and fee waivers and refunds.</li>
<li>Obtains official designations/certifications as required (i.e. notary public, medallion, etc.).</li>
<li>Participates in community and professional organizations.</li>
<li>Drives business deposit and loan growth and meets assigned sales goals.</li>
<li>Assists business customers with deposit, credit, and digital banking products, and general service needs.</li>

<p>We are seeking a <strong>highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager / Specialist</strong> to lead outbound B2B sales efforts in the <strong>US IT staffing market</strong>.</p><p>This role focuses on <strong>acquiring new clients, engaging hiring decision-makers (CTOs, Engineering Managers, Talent Leaders)</strong>, and driving <strong>full-cycle sales for contract and permanent technology staffing solutions</strong>.</p><p>The ideal candidate thrives in a <strong>high-activity outbound environment</strong> and understands <strong>US hiring trends, staffing models, and tech ecosystem dynamics</strong>.</p><h2> </h2><h2>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</h2><h2>Outbound Sales &amp; Lead Generation</h2><ol><li>Execute high-volume outbound outreach: </li><li>Cold calls, emails, LinkedIn prospecting </li><li>Target: </li><li>SaaS companies, startups, enterprises, and tech firms </li><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects</li></ol><h2>Business Development (US Market)</h2><ol><li>Identify companies actively hiring tech talent (job postings, funding, expansion signals)</li><li>Engage decision-makers: </li><li>CTOs, Engineering Managers, Hiring Managers </li><li>Position IT staffing services as a solution to hiring challenges</li></ol><h2>Full-Cycle Sales Execution</h2><ol><li>Manage the complete sales cycle: </li><li>Prospecting → Discovery → Presentation → Negotiation → Closure </li><li>Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring needs </li><li>Present tailored staffing solutions (contract / permanent) </li><li>Close new business and onboard clients</li></ol><h2>Client Relationship Management</h2><ol><li>Build and maintain long-term client relationships </li><li>Ensure consistent follow-ups and engagement </li><li>Drive repeat business and account growth</li></ol><h2>Pipeline &amp; KPI Management</h2><ol><li>Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking</li><li>Meet and exceed KPIs including: </li><li>Daily outbound activity </li><li>Weekly meetings booked </li><li>Client acquisition targets </li><li>Provide regular sales reporting and forecasts</li></ol><p><strong>Collaboration with Recruitment Team</strong></p><ol><li>Work closely with recruiters to fulfill client requirements </li><li>Ensure fast turnaround and quality candidate delivery</li></ol><h2> </h2><h2>ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:</h2><ol><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / IT Staffing.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field</li><li>Experience selling IT staffing / recruitment services</li><li>Strong outbound sales experience.</li><li>Experience working with the US market.</li></ol><h2> </h2><h2>REQUIRED SKILLS:</h2><ol><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Strong objection-handling ability</li><li>Understanding of IT roles:</li><li>Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, AI/ML</li><li>Ability to identify hiring signals and research companies</li><li>CRM proficiency </li></ol>
