Job Summary: 
The Process & Strategy Manager is responsible for leading the design, optimization, and execution of claims operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, customer experience, and business outcomes. Duties & Responsibilities: 
Process Optimization & Operational Excellence
 
Evaluate end-to-end claims workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.
 
Lead process mapping, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
 
Develop standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistent adoption across teams and markets.
 
Measure process performance using KPIs and ensure processes support regulatory and compliance standards.
 
Strategic Planning & Execution
 
Partner with Claims leadership to define operational strategies that support business goals and customer experience objectives.
 
Lead cross-functional projects related to claims transformation, automation, vendor integration, and workflow modernization.
 
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend, vet, and innovate solutions that enhance claims performance.
 
Facilitate communication between cross-functional partners including IT, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Customer Experience.
 
Provide training, documentation, and support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of process changes.
 
Ensure processes align with regulatory requirements, company policies, and best‑practice standards.
 
People Leadership
 
May supervise a direct report(s), such as a Process Strategy Consultant or Analyst, in alignment with organizational growth.
 
Provide coaching, development, and performance feedback to support team member success.

Required Qualifications: 
Education
 
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
 Experience
 
5+ years of experience in insurance claims operations, process management, or business strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning<ul><li>Develop and update the company&rsquo;s long-term and mid-term strategic plans for subsidiaries within the holding group.</li><li>Ensure alignment between subsidiaries&rsquo; strategies and the overall holding company strategy.</li><li>Conduct internal and external environmental analysis (SWOT, PESTEL).</li><li>Propose strategic initiatives and oversee their execution.</li><li>Develop and maintain the Strategic Roadmap.</li><li>Periodically review and update the strategy in line with market changes.</li></ul>Corporate Performance Management<ul><li>Design and implement a Corporate Performance Management System.</li><li>Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at the level of:</li><li>Holding company</li><li>Subsidiary companies</li><li>Departments and business units</li><li>Monitor and analyze performance results on a regular basis.</li><li>Prepare performance reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.</li><li>Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans.</li></ul>Subsidiary Oversight<ul><li>Monitor the financial and operational performance of subsidiary companies.</li><li>Ensure subsidiaries&rsquo; compliance with the holding company&rsquo;s strategic objectives and policies.</li><li>Analyze periodic performance reports and discuss results with subsidiary management teams.</li><li>Support subsidiary Boards of Directors in planning and decision-making processes.</li><li>Evaluate the performance of subsidiary CEOs in coordination with senior management.</li></ul>Governance and Risk Management<ul><li>Contribute to the implementation of corporate governance frameworks across the holding company and its subsidiaries.</li><li>Identify and monitor strategic and operational risks.</li><li>Propose policies and procedures to mitigate risks.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.</li></ul>Reporting and Executive Presentations<ul><li>Prepare comprehensive strategic reports for the Board of Directors.</li><li>Present performance indicators and results of strategic initiatives.</li><li>Provide data-driven insights and recommendations.</li><li>Prepare reports related to investment opportunities and expansion plans.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with the Finance Department to link performance outcomes to budgets.</li><li>Coordinate with Human Resources to align performance management with individual evaluations.</li><li>Collaborate with the PMO to track the execution of strategic initiatives.</li><li>Support operational departments in improving performance.</li></ul>Leadership and Management<ul><li>Lead and manage the Performance and Strategy team.</li><li>Define responsibilities and distribute roles within the department.</li><li>Develop team capabilities and enhance overall efficiency.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments (Finance, HR, PMO).</li></ul>Innovation and Strategic Development<ul><li>Propose new business models.</li><li>Support digital transformation from a strategic perspective.</li><li>Monitor global trends and assess their impact on the group&rsquo;s activities.</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Strong experience in strategic planning and project management.</li><li>Solid financial acumen to evaluate investments and budgets across subsidiaries.</li><li>Good understanding of information technology to support strategic decision-making.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, Economics, or Finance.</li><li>Postgraduate studies are preferred (MBA / Strategic Management).</li></ul>Professional Experience<ul><li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and holding company environments.</li><li>Previous experience within a group of companies, holding companies, or publicly listed companies.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits.</li><li>&middot; Social insurance</li><li>A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.</li><li>If you&rsquo;re passionate about managing technical projects and driving innovation, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
