As an Associate in the Chief Data and Analytics Office, you will support the day-to-day operations, governance, and business management of LLM Suite, our flagship GenAI application. Job Responsibilities<ul><li>
Support release coordination activities, including tracking milestones, dependencies, approvals, communications, and open risks.</li><li>
Support monthly billing processes for LLM Suite, including token spend analysis, usage reporting, variance investigation, and stakeholder follow-ups.</li><li>
Assist with stakeholder meeting preparation, including materials, action item tracking, follow-ups, and status reporting.</li><li>
Support responses to inquiries from control, compliance, legal, technology risk, and model risk stakeholders.</li><li>
Manage and triage operational intake requests related to LLM Suite, and identify common servicing themes and recommend improvements to reduce repeat issues.</li><li>
Support resiliency-related initiatives, including documentation, runbook maintenance, testing coordination, and follow-up tracking.</li><li>
Support access troubleshooting, entitlement reviews, and user issue resolution in partnership with relevant internal teams.</li><li>
Assist with audit fact-finding, investigation support, and RFI responses.</li><li>
Support monitoring and reporting of usage limits, spend caps, capacity needs, and subscription mapping, and assist with use case-level capacity planning, including analysis of demand, consumption trends, and user-level limits.</li>

This team enables automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment centers. This team serves Amazon Internal Fulfillment Technologies &amp; Robotics teams by enabling automation, which includes real-time &amp; offline (image/video) data auditing services. One of the key contributions of this team is supporting the fulfillment centers in maintaining inventory accuracy. 
 
An Associate in this role is required to watch the video of the stowing action at a fulfillment center, understand it thoroughly and make best use of human judgement in combination with the tools and resources to indicate the activity captured in the video. They are expected to verify or mark the location of product through a tool while maintaining highest level of accuracy. This process helps in maintaining the fulfillment center's stow quality. This is an operational role. Under general supervision, the Associate performs precise and thorough video/image audits with high degree of accuracy and speed, thus aiding defect reduction. 
 
Key job responsibilities 
The Associate has to watch several hundred videos in a shift and provide responses by following goals on accuracy (quality), speed (productivity) and right / acceptable practices. Associates are required to take breaks at the pre-defined slots and ensure 6.8 to 7 hours&rsquo; time per day is spent to answer the videos. Associates who are hired to work from home should maintain (1) dedicated workspace i.e., table, chair &amp; sufficient lighting (2) workspace / work related data shouldn&rsquo;t be accessed by anyone other than employee 
 
The candidate is expected to demonstrate: 
<ul><li>Willingness to work in Non-tech role for contract duration of 6 months</li><li>Ability to audit image/video/text based Jobs</li><li>Ability to identify details from blurry, less sharp videos and provide correct response. A day in the life 
Associates work in 24x7 environment with rotational shifts. Associates would be working in a 9 hour shift, including pre-scheduled breaks. Data Auditing Operations team provides human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities with goal of enabling hands-free active stowing through visual audits on videos/images. Videos with brief duration (typically between 15 and 20seconds) are sent to Operations Team for humans to audit them with information on products being stored at fulfilment centers. For business use, these videos must be thoroughly reviewed and audited using best human judgement. The effectiveness of automated process will be increased by using videos that Associates have audited. This process helps maintaining stow quality at fulfillment center and Associate will be further evaluated for performance improvements/coaching.</div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Job Summary
Office of Fair Lending is seeking a qualified Fair Lending Quant Modeling Associate Senior to perform statistical analyses to detect &amp; mitigate bias in line-of-business models. This individual will also participate in bias testing-related research projects to support &amp; enhance the bank's fair lending compliance program.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Fair Lending Quant Modeling Associate Senior in this high-visibility role, you will:
<ul><li><div>Conduct statistical analyses and bias testing to review business models, including both traditional and machine learning / artificial intelligence models (ML/AI),for fair lending compliance</div></li><li><div>
Build data-driven algorithms to mitigate potential disparate impact of models by working alongside model developers, business strategy owners &amp; Legal to develop less discriminatory alternative models
</div></li><li><div>Prepare presentations &amp; reports to explain statistical results in both non-technical and technical formats to various stakeholders such as senior management, Legal, Model developers, Model Governance etc.</div></li><li><div>
Perform research &amp; development to keep the fair lending compliance program aligned with industry and regulatory standards
</div></li><li><div>Create model documentation; work with Control, Audit and Model Governance teams to ensure adequacy of processes, statistical models and model reviews</div></li><li><div>
Support the team in maintaining relevant policies &amp; procedures and representing fair lending in regulatory exams, audits and other areas related to internal governance</div></li><li><div>
Take ownership of portfolios or projects as needed</div></li><li><div>
Perform other related duties as assigned</div></li></ul>
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:<div>
</div><ul><li><div>Bachelor degree required in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering) with 8+ years of relevant work experience, or Masters degree in a quantitative field with 6+ years of relevant work experience</div></li><li>
Entrepreneurial spirit, strong attention to detail, ability to take the lead on projects, in depth interest in solving complex business problems with data and passion for spreading a culture of change towards data-driven decision making</li><li><div>
Proficiency in Python, cloud computing platforms and tools (e.g., AWS, Databricks, Spark) and database systems (e.g., Hadoop, Teradata, Hive)
</div></li><li><div>Experience in developing, implementing or evaluating linear / logistic regression and machine learning / artificial intelligence models</div></li><li><div>
Experience working or consulting for a bank, a consumer financial product company such as a non-depository mortgage lender or fintech, a banking regulator (e.g., OCC, CFPB) or other similar government regulatory or enforcement agencies with knowledge of how consumer financial products such as mortgage and auto loans are underwritten and priced</div></li><li><div>
Strong project management , critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects towards completion with focus on quality
</div></li><li><div>Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; ability to communicate technical matters in a non-technical way &amp; clearly present complex and sensitive issues</div></li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:<ul><li>
Experience in SAS</li><li>
Experience with bias detection tools or research of fairness</li></ul>
