 Product Sourcing &amp; Selection

 Develop and maintain a balanced assortment across skincare, makeup, fragrance, haircare, and beauty tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to make informed buying decisions.

 Vendor &amp; Brand Management
 
 
 <ul>

 Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty brands, suppliers, and distributors.
 </li>

 Evaluate vendor performance based on sales, quality, delivery timelines, and commercial terms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate pricing, promotional support, payment terms, and exclusivity agreements.
 </li>

 Inventory &amp; Stock Management

 Qualifications &amp; Requirements

 3&ndash;5+ years of experience in buying, merchandising, or procurement, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or retail.

 </li>

 Excellent analytical and forecasting abilities.

 Strong understanding of beauty industry trends and consumer behavior.
