We are seeking a results-driven Senior Designer with a strong sales-oriented mindset to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only create stunning and functional kitchen and bath designs but also guide clients through the entire process, from initial concept to securing a final commitment and deposit. This role is pivotal in converting design prospects into loyal customers, and the successful candidate will be empowered to approve and sign off on all designs before they move to the production phase. Essential Duties and Requirements</b></p><p><b>
Sales Duties:</b></p><ul><li>
