<p><b>Your mission</b><br>
As Resident Engineer &ndash; Electrical (Cable) in our Transmission &amp; Distribution department, you will manage the electrical engineering portfolio of high-voltage underground cable projects (400kV / 220kV / 132kV). You will be responsible for technical, HSE, and financial performance during design and construction supervision, ensuring high-quality delivery while coordinating with the Client (TRANSCO) and other stakeholders.</p>

<p><b>Your key responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage all aspects of engineering and site supervision for cable projects (400kV / 220kV / 132kV).</li>
<li>Oversee construction and ensure strict compliance with approved designs and specifications.</li>
<li>Monitor, report, and resolve non-conformance issues.</li>
<li>Plan, organize, and supervise engineering and construction inspection activities.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards throughout execution.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Client, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth interfaces.</li>
<li>Manage project closeout, including verification of installed quantities.</li>
<li>Provide technical oversight, reporting, and recommendations to project leadership.</li>

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering (approved by UAE regulatory authorities).</li>
<li>Minimum <b>10 years&rsquo; experience</b> in high-voltage cable projects in the UAE.</li>
</ul>

<li>Strong expertise in 400kV / 220kV / 132kV cable design, construction, and supervision.</li>
<li>Experienced in site supervision, contractor management, and quality assurance.</li>
<li>Familiar with UAE utility authority standards and requirements.</li>
