Responsibilities:
<div>
We envisage success in this role to include;</div><ul><li>
Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction drawings based on design information, sketches, specifications, and engineer instructions.</li><li>
Revise and update drawings as per consultant, client, or project team comments.</li><li>
Prepare as-built drawings based on site markups and actual site conditions.</li><li>
Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and other disciplines to ensure drawing accuracy and consistency.</li><li>
Ensure drawings comply with project standards, CAD standards, codes, and specifications.</li><li>
Maintain proper drawing numbering, revision control, and document formatting.</li><li>
Assist in preparing drawing schedules, layouts, details, sections, and plans.</li><li>
Check drawings for errors, missing information, and coordination issues before submission.</li><li>
Support the document control team in organizing and submitting drawings when required.</li><li>
Maintain updated records of all drawings and revisions.</li><li>
Preferred Architecture and Civil field but drafting knowledge of all other fields of MEP is highly desirable.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<div>
To be successful in this role we envision that you will bring a minimum</div><ul><li>
Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering or related field.</li><li>
Professional certifications &ndash; NA.</li><li>
Minimum 12&ndash;15 years of experience Autocadd and other related software.</li><li>
Experience in hotel projects.</li><li>
Good communication skills.</li></ul></div>
