Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead the team with efficiency, respect, friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, patience, awareness, compassion, courtesy, and initiative</li><li>
Ensure that the <i>Buzz Life</i> Experience is being felt by each and every team member and guest backed by an amazing drink experience in a welcoming environment</li><li>
Hire, train, motivate, and inspire others to have fun and create a <i>BETTER EXPERIENCE</i> with every transaction</li><li>
Lead the overall hospitality inside the 4 walls</li><li>
Enforce all brand standards and expectations</li><li>
Drive solid metrics and Key Performance Indicators to our standards</li><li>
Champion a safe, harassment-free and discrimination-free workplace</li><li>
Create and provide timely schedules for the team</li><li>
Execute daily labor and break compliance</li><li>
Run a profitable location and keep food and labor costs within standard</li><li>
Drive sales</li><li>
Maintain a Yelp &amp; Google score at 4.2 or higher</li><li>
Lead all food safety standards</li><li>
Execute accurate inventories</li><li>
Tackle difficult conversations to resolve</li><li>
Fairly enforce accountability</li><li>
Become part of the neighborhood and community and learn your guest's names</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED graduate preferred</li><li>
3 years of prior general management experience required in a similar high-velocity, high-volume coffee or fast casual environment</li><li>
3 years of Food &amp; Beverage experience required</li><li>
High volume drive thru experience a plus</li><li>
