The Program Assistant is responsible for helping to manage the day-to-day operations of the summer program site while supporting Aspire summer staff to perform their jobs as efficiently and effectively as possible. In addition, this role includes helping staff develop clinical and programmatic supports for the staff and participants of the summer programs. 1. Prior to the first day of camp (arrival of campers), coordinate with Operations Manager and Site Managers to assist in pre-camp paperwork and administrative responsibilities, such as organizing camper paperwork, creating camper files, and other necessary administrative tasks.<br>

3. Answer Adventure Camp administration phone line and respond promptly to Adventure Camp administration voicemails and emails. Maintain professional communication with families, participants, staff, collaborators, and area agencies.<br>
4. Track incoming necessary paperwork and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and confidential files in accordance with organizational HIPAA expectations.<br>
5. Monitor and maintain administrative and clinical supplies inventory. Bring inventory needs to Site Managers and facilitate purchase process.<br>
6. Track daily camper and staff attendance. Coordinate the status of all participants&rsquo; arrival and departure in collaboration with designated staff.</p><p>
7. Bring any challenges or concerns to Site Managers or Operations Manager immediately. Be an active participant in your own supervision process.</p><p>

We're looking for responsible and energetic people who are passionate about LEGO and have a great energy for working with kids.</p><p>Please read to the end of this post before applying!</p><p><b>DATES NEEDED:</b></p><p>June 1-5th, June 15-19th, June 29-July 3rd, July 6-8th, July 20-24th</p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b><br/>- Supervise and engage with campers during daily activities.<br/>- Ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times, while fostering a fun and inclusive atmosphere.<br/>- Assist in the implementation of camp games and theme builds.<br/>- Maintain bin organization throughout the week.<br/>- Collaborate with fellow counselors and camp leader to create a positive camp experience.</p><p><b>EXPERIENCE:</b><br/>- Previous experience working with children in a camp or educational setting is preferred.<br/>- Experience in educating, babysitting, tutoring, is desirable.</p><p><b>REQUIREMENTS:</b></p><p>-Must have a working knowledge of LEGO.<br/>- Must be at least 18 years old or older.</p><p>- Must have a reliable source of transportation.</p><p>-Must be able to work in Nolensville, Franklin, Spring Hill, and one week in Belle Meade.</p><p>-Must be able to attend paid trainings in Nolensville during April.</p><p>- Pass a background check and provide references.</p><p>-Must be able to work the entire 4 or 5-day camp that week.</p><p><b>BENEFITS:</b><br/>- Competitive pay rate for all hours worked as a Camp Assistant, $300 per camp.<br/>- Opportunity for personal growth and development in working with children.<br/>- Gain valuable experience in leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.</p><p>If you are passionate about working with children and you love LEGO, we encourage you to apply!
