The role</b></p><p>
The <b>Campaign Marketing Manager</b> owns the end-to-end planning, design, and execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns. This role serves as the central orchestrator who aligns reputation, demand, engagement, and enablement activities under a unified campaign planning framework to avoid misaligned tactics. The Campaign Manager must have strong organizational knowledge, the ability to collaborate across teams, and skills to communicate effectively up and down the organization.</p><p></p><p><b>

Address the entire customer lifecycle</b> campaigns must span reputation, demand, engagement, and enablement program families, not just top-of-funnel lead generation.</p></li><li><p><b>
Dynamically adjust programs</b> based on buying signals and engagement data, focusing on buying groups rather than individual leads.</p></li><li><p><b>
Measure and report campaign performance</b> using data-driven KPIs that connect marketing activity to business outcomes, balancing short- and long-term metrics.</p></li><li><p><b>
Ensure messaging focuses on customer outcomes</b>, not products and features, using data to tailor content for personalized experiences.</p></li><li><p><b>
