Position Title: Campground Maintenance/Landscaping Worker

Position Summary: 
Provide a full range of maintenance and repair services for both the Havasu Landing Campground and Vacation Rental properties. The General Maintenance/Landscaping Worker conducts general maintenance, repairs, and landscaping to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, equipment, and various utility systems. The General Maintenance/Landscaping Worker provides excellent customer service to prospective and current guests at all times, and may assist with site setups to ensure timely arrivals and departures of guests. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Maintain campground landscape and related tasks including planting, irrigation, trimming, pruning, cultivating, fertilizing, painting and general maintenance throughout campground areas.
</li><li>Perform daily janitorial services that include, but not limited to, cleaning bathrooms, laundry room, campground offices, supply rooms, as well as cleaning campsites and beaches.
</li><li>Manage all campground trash services along with the upkeep of all campground facilities which includes cleaning, painting and minor repairs to Resort Owned Vacation Rentals.
</li><li>May be required to operate heavy equipment including a backhoe and landscape related vehicles.
</li><li>Make minor electrical and plumbing repairs in campground or any of the Resort&rsquo;s vacation rentals when needed.
</li><li>Perform pull and place of trailers, RV&rsquo;s and launching of watercraft when needed.
</li><li>Willing to work any shifts as needed to ensure the operation of the Campground this includes evenings, weekends, and Holidays.</li>
<li>Available for emergency on-call work at any time.
</li><li>May give work direction to any seasonal staff assigned
</li><li>Prioritize projects and work with little supervision.</li>
<li>Must be able to perform any and all other duties as assigned by management.

<li>Two years of experience in general maintenance with an emphasis on landscaping.
</li><li>Electrical and plumbing background preferred.
</li><li>Prior experience operating heavy equipment/ tractor and vehicles is preferred.

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Facilities, the Summer Camp Maintenance/Groundskeeper is responsible for handling preventative maintenance, emergency repairs and maintenance projects throughout Camp grounds.

This position is a temporary summer position starting in May and ending September 1st.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday with the ability to be flexible with hours (full or part time).

Responsibilities:

SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Security Supervisor is the primary leader of the Security area at Dunes Harbor Family Camp during night operations. This role serves as a key bridge between the Security Team Members, the MoD, and the Director.
The Security Supervisor is responsible to help fulfill the mission of Grace Adventures by overseeing the team, systems, and guest experience related to safety, order, and after-hours operations. This role exists to provide a physically and emotionally safe, Christ-centered environment for guests and staff through relational enforcement of policies, visible presence, and calm leadership. The Security Supervisor models servant leadership and provides mentorship, discipleship, and support to those under their supervision while contributing to campground-wide leadership.
Security at Dunes Harbor is a guest-focused role. Enforcement is done with kindness, grace, and de-escalation, creating a calm, approachable presence while maintaining clear standards of safety and conduct. 
ASSUMPTIONS:<ul><li>
This is a leadership role in a hospitality environment, requiring flexibility in schedule, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak seasons. All Supervisors will work weekends on a rotation as assigned by the Dunes Harbor Director.</li><li>
Work is performed in an outdoor, active, and guest-facing environment with changing weather and physical demands.</li><li>
