This individual will work closely with hiring managers, regional Senior Talent Acquisition Partners and HR Business Partners to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring outcomes.</p>

Responsibilities</b></p>
<p><b>
Corporate / G&amp;A Recruiting</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.</li>
<li>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer development, and negotiations.</li>
<li>Recruit for corporate and business support functions such as HR, Finance/Accounting, IT, Enterprise Applications, Digital/Software, Business Development, Marketing and Legal.</li>
<li>Proactively build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referral programs.</li>
<li>Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate progress and market insights.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>University &amp; Early Career Recruiting</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Design and execution of a cohesive North America university recruiting strategy aligned to the hiring plan in partnership with the region Senior Talent Acquisition Partners.</li>
<li>Lead university recruiting initiatives including coordinating logistics and attending career fairs, campus outreach, and internship and new graduate hiring activities.</li>
<li>Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and interview scheduling for intern and entry-level roles.</li>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, student organizations and early-career talent pools.</li>
<li>Contribute to strengthening Jensen Hughes' employer brand on campus and in early-career markets.</li>
<li>Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within recruiting systems.</li>
<li>Support reporting on early-career metrics and measuring program effectiveness using data-driven insights (conversion rates, retention metrics, and ROI analysis).</li>
<li>Provide feedback from campus interactions to Senior Talent Acquisition Partners to inform ongoing program improvements.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Process &amp; Collaboration</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with leadership to ensure equitable and inclusive hiring strategies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with HR and key stakeholders to support workforce needs and meet hiring timelines.</li>
<li>Utilize Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and other tools to proactively identify and engage talent.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate recruiting data and documentation in Greenhouse ATS.</li>
<li>Promote and support the Employee Referral Program.</li>
<li>Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiencies.</li>
</ul>
<p><b> </b><b>Requirements &amp; Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree from a four-year, U.S.-accredited college or university.</li>
<li>4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting including corporate/G&amp;A roles.</li>
<li>Experience supporting university, campus, or early-career hiring initiatives preferred.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.</li>
<li>Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, highly communicative, and proactive in engaging with candidates and hiring managers.</li>
<li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel for campus events, as needed.</li>
</ul>
