Organization Overview:</b></p><p>
The Site Project Engineer will join the Utilities, Facilities, and Project Engineering team delivering the overall Kenosha County campus taking responsibility to deliver part of the project scope. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans for projects, ensuring compliance to safety and environmental external regulation and internal policies, procedures, and work rules for project personnel, contractors, and subcontractors during the entire project duration. Establish and maintain effective communication within the project team and externally (governance teams, business partners, and other stakeholders) as the size of the project may dictate.</li><li>
Contribute to monitor campus projects throughout their life cycle, tracking and reporting metrics monthly, informing management on project issues and status, resource need and constraints, and prioritization need.</li><li>
Interact with other project engineers within the company to share information and best practices, consulting/mentoring other site project engineers when needed.</li><li>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with 6+ years or Master&rsquo;s degree with 4+ years of capital project management experience.</p></li><li><p>

U.S. Base Salary Range:</b></p>
$111,800.00 - $175,670.00<p></p><div><p>
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.</p><p></p><p>
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
