PRINCIPAL RESPONSBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Capture Planning<ul><li>
Working closely with the capture manager/team, facilitate kick-off and update meetings, identify and validate win themes and strategic messaging, and lead the development of pre-RFP proposal sections.
</li><li>Support teaming efforts by coordinating with internal and external partners and contributes to strategy development through active participation in major-level pursuits, including IFBP meetings, client relationship mapping, and content drafting.</li><li>
Determine the level of effort for the pursuit team.
</li><li>Estimate own workload and task durations to support effective resource planning and execution.</li></ul>
Proposal Management<ul><li>
Manages major and priority-level pursuits, serving as Proposal Manager.
</li><li>Ensure full RFP compliance by verifying and documenting adherence across all proposal elements.
</li><li>Oversee standard and agile-level pursuits, particularly those involving cross-team coordination with other BD units.</li><li>

Interview Development<ul><li>
Lead interview strategy and development for major-level pursuits.

</li><li>Work closely with graphic designers to visually translate proposal strategies into impactful, on-brand presentation materials.
</li></ul>Client Service Team Support<ul><li>
Serve as the Client Service Team&rsquo;s (CST&rsquo;s) BD Partner for one or more Tier I clients, working alongside a strong Client Service Leader (CSL).
</li><li>Responsible for supporting and analyzing pipeline and client data, coordinating with operations staff to ensure accuracy and alignment.</li><li>
Research client history, contract awards, CIPs, budget documentation, and industry news to provide strategic insights for CST planning.
</li><li>Support the development of client meeting materials, capability briefings, and targeted marketing campaigns&mdash;coordinating with the MarCom team to ensure alignment with broader strategic initiatives.

<div>The Clinical Revenue Integrity Manager will manage the charge capture team and support unit and the area specific charge capture of clinical services and procedures. Clinical Revenue Integrity Manager is also responsible for communicating missing or incomplete clinical documentation and charge entry errors for clinical department process improvement. The Clinical Revenue Integrity Manager delivers direction to the documentation of all policies and procedures regarding charge capture and CDM Maintenance; and conducts meetings to evaluate department charge processes to improve charge capture and coding compliance. The Clinical Revenue Integrity Manager also coordinates with Keck Medical Center of USC Administration, IS, Compliance, Clinical Informatics and Integration personnel on technology projects impacting charge entry, charge dictionaries, and charge, and provides data derived from multiple entities of Keck Medical Center of USC for the management and support of critical decisions and functions related the he improvement of charge capture. As a subject matter expert in the area of compliance the Clinical Revenue Integrity Manager responds to inquiries regarding Chargemaster and charge entry issues and is responsible for supervising meetings for projects associated with educating and communicating to clinical revenue generating departmental staff regarding the CDM Maintenance process, coding updates, compliance issues, and charge capture improvement. The Clinical Revenue Integrity Manager works closely with revenue auditors and provides leadership by providing direction to the revenue auditor team to all entities of Keck Medical Center of USC in the research and resolution of requests in a timely manner; and aid in the training and skill development of auditors to maximize available tools for Chargemaster and billing compliance.
Essential Duties:
<ul><li>Perform maintenance to the Keck Medical Center of USC Charge Description Master (Keck &amp; Norris) ensuring all annual updates required by Medicare and other third-party payers are up to date. Assists the Revenue Cycle in annual coding review and processing of updates.
</li><li>Oversees the reviews and process requests for new code additions, code set corrections, revenue code to CPT/HCPCS code mismatch corrections and on-going identified changes for current systems to maintain compliance with both state and federal regulatory agencies. Oversees the reviews of medical documentation for administration times and location of delivery such as chemotherapy, infusion, hydration injections, observation care, etc. from multiple sources and enter hospital charges accurately, timely and in accordance with Keck Medical Center of USC charge capture policies/guidelines, into Patient Accounting System.
</li><li>Manage the charge capture team to ensure that coordinators are accountable to organizational and departmental policies including ensuring high integrity in executing charge methodologies. Trains new employees on the charge entry process. Performance management responsibilities include, but are not limited to: involvement in decisions and actions of hiring and termination, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, functional performance management and staff productivity. Plans, organizes, staffs, and directs the day-to-day operations of the department; develops and implements policies and procedures, as necessary.
</li><li>Lead and Conduct meetings with Operations Leaders, Revenue Auditors, Clinical Department Staff, and Gatekeepers to address issues involving compliance with government regulations, third party payor needs and industry standards. Acts a subject matter expert for projects that impact revenue integrity, charge capture and CDM. Takes the lead and exercises significant judgement and discretion on projects that have a broad, organizational impact. Subject matter expert to meet and/or communicate with various stakeholders for projects that impacts revenue integrity and the CDM. Provide guidance to ensure that CDM&rsquo;s and Charge Capture of newly acquired entities follow the standards and policies of Keck Medical Center of USC.
</li><li>Provide leadership and guidance to the Revenue/Chart Audit team associated with research and resolution of account issues related to the CDM, charge capture, and other issues considered to be revenue integrity.
</li><li>Synchronize CDM data between CDM and CDM Workflow &amp; Management Tool for Keck Medical Center of USC entities on a monthly basis.
</li><li>Provide CDM data as necessary based on identified issues in form of ad-hoc reports. Import/extract data from various sources and in various formats as needed to review, monitor, track, and maintain the integrity of the CDM and associate charge flow process.

</li></ul>Required Qualifications:
<ul><li>Req Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree In healthcare related field
</li></ul>Req 5 years Experience in medical coding/ Chargemaster experience in a healthcare environment required.<ul><li> Related experience may include a combination of clinical service delivery (nursing or allied health), coding, provider billing, medical records, charge audit environment, CDM maintenance, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, managed care contractual arrangements, and patient accounting.

The ideal candidate has experience managing and writing Federal, state/local, and/or commercial proposals. Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, including strategy planning, outlining, kick-off, content development, internal review (color teams and compliance), quality, production, submittal, and performance analysis</li>

This role requires a highly experienced individual with a proven track record of identifying, shaping, and capturing new business opportunities across U.S. Navy customers, including NAVSEA, PEOs, SYSCOMs, and Fleet stakeholders. 
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth beyond recompete and organic efforts, with a strong emphasis on expanding Sayres Defense's footprint within Navy acquisition, engineering, and mission support programs. This individual must bring established relationships across the Navy community, a broad and active network, and the credibility to engage directly with senior government stakeholders to influence acquisition strategies and position the company for success. 
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring ownership of the full capture lifecycle, from early opportunity identification and qualification through shaping, teaming, proposal development, and award. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success leading Navy captures, understands the nuances of Navy acquisition environments, and is capable of converting relationships and market insight into awarded work in a near-term timeframe. 
Key Responsibilities 
Capture &amp; Business Development Leadership<ul><li>
Lead capture efforts for high-value Navy opportunities, including IDIQ task orders and single-award contracts.</li><li>
Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities aligned with Navy mission priorities (e.g., readiness, sustainment, digital modernization).</li><li>
Develop and execute capture plans, win strategies, competitive assessments, and pricing approaches.</li><li>
Lead bid/no-bid reviews and briefings with senior leadership.</li></ul> 
Navy Customer Engagement<ul><li>
Build and maintain trusted relationships with Navy stakeholders, including but not limited to:</li><li><ul><li>
PEOs and PMOs</li><li>
NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR / NAVWAR</li><li>
ONR, NAVFAC, Fleet commands, and SYSCOMs</li></ul></li><li>
Represent the company at Navy industry days, technical exchanges, and acquisition briefings.</li><li>
Track Navy budgets, acquisition forecasts, and emerging requirements.</li></ul> 
Teaming &amp; Partner Strategy<ul><li>
Identify and manage teaming partners, primes, and subcontractors aligned with Navy requirements.</li><li>
Assist in the negotiation of teaming agreements and workshare arrangements.</li><li>
Recommend prime vs. subcontract strategies based on customer and vehicle positioning.</li></ul> 
Proposal &amp; Transition Support<ul><li>
Collaborate with proposal managers and solution architects to develop compliant, compelling Navy-focused proposals.</li><li>
Contribute to executive summaries, management approaches, and past performance narratives.</li><li>
Support transition planning from contract award through program kickoff.</li></ul> 
Pipeline Management &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Maintain an accurate Navy-focused opportunity pipeline using Sayres' CRM and other market intelligence tools.</li><li>
Provide capture status, revenue forecasts, and risk assessments to executive leadership.</li></ul> 
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>
8&ndash;12+ years of business development and capture experience supporting U.S. Navy programs.</li><li>
Proven success leading captures and winning competitive Navy contracts.</li><li>
Demonstrable existing relationships with Navy primes and acquisition offices.</li><li>
Strong understanding of Navy acquisition processes and contract vehicles.</li><li>
Excellent executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced capture environments.</li><li>

Job Description 
AECOM is actively searching for an experienced Proposal Manager to work with our global mining team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading key proposals and presentations, providing support and guidance from pre-RFP positioning and capture through to interview stage as required; as well as leading proposal teams that support mining or other environmental, infrastructure, and water related contracts.

Job Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:<ul><li>
Accountable for timely, compliant, accurate, and persuasive proposal development and leadership. Responsible for leading large, complex, priority must win pursuits from capture through to interview stage, as required.</li><li>
Understands capture planning best practice and provides robust support and guidance to capture managers in development of the win strategy.</li><li>
Serves as coach for interview, Q&amp;A and preparing team for global or must win opportunities.</li><li>
Facilitates color reviews (Pink and Red team), and applies lessons learned to add value to proposal and win plan.</li><li>
Serves as a compliance reviewer and reviewer on color reviews (pink and red teams) for priority pursuits, applying in-depth institutional knowledge.</li><li>
Participates actively in Go/No-Go decisions, capture strategy development, and greenlight analyses, drives compliance with delegation of authority guidelines, capture planning and positioning activities, and provides leadership and direction, where required.</li><li>
Familiar with the Go/No-Go process and provides guidance as necessary.</li><li>
Analyzes debriefs and applies lessons learned to add value to strategy and reviews.</li><li>
Contributes to leadership and strategic direction for proposals for their account, and reports on client pipeline, internal business development strategies, capture planning, proposal efforts, and debriefs related to that client or market.</li><li>
Is a subject matter expert for specific client/portfolio or sector.</li><li>

Minimum Requirements<ul><li>

BA/BS, preferably in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or a related field</li><li>
Working knowledge of and interest in the A/E industry, including AECOM&rsquo;s mining related clients, projects, people, credentials, and competitors.</li><li>
A thorough understanding of effective proposal and presentation best practices and tools, including how to convey messages, themes, discriminators, and responses to evaluation criteria clearly and effectively.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience applying industry best practices and procedures to support positioning, client or business development processes.</li><li>
Strong proposal writing and editing skills, including grammar and style.</li><li>
A strong working knowledge of desktop publishing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), graphics programs (e.g., InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop), word processing programs (e.g., Microsoft Word), spreadsheet management (Excel), and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).</li><li>
