General Purpose of Role
The Capture Manager is accountable for leading and managing the capture phase of assigned opportunities, working in close collaboration with Outside Sales and Inside Sales to deliver Middle Game and End Game sales objectives. The role is responsible for shaping, integrating, and presenting a compelling, complaint, and executable value proposition that differentiates Worley and positions the organization to win profitable work.
 
The Capture Manager applies delivery and execution expertise to develop robust execution strategies, delivery models, commercial approaches, and risk profiles. Where an opportunity is awarded, the role may transition into a project delivery leadership position to ensure continuity from capture through execution.

The Capture Manager provides capture leadership for small, medium, and large opportunities, including strategically significant and corporate top prospect pursuits.
 
The role leads multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams through the full proposal lifecycle, integrating technical, commercial, financial, and execution inputs into a coherent and competitive offer.
 
The Capture Manager works across sales, operations, estimating, commercial management, assurance, and global delivery teams to ensure proposals are executable, compliant with governance, and aligned with customer expectations.

<div>TSC is seeking a Business Development Lead (BDL) with a focus on business capture to support various programs and pursuits in Airborne ISR Products &amp; Services . The role spans across market assessment, forecasting opportunity, capture management and proposal writing. The BDL will work closely with the Operations Manager's, Program Manager's, Technical Engineering Resources, and Pricing leads to assess, pursue, propose, and capture critical path awards aligned to the P&amp;L's established business plan and focus areas. Michael Baker International is seeking a Proposal Specialist II to support our data center sector and work collaboratively with technical leads to prepare winning proposals and presentations. The Proposal Specialist II will partner with the Sector Lead and Capture Managers to jointly lead marketing efforts, the development of proposals and interviews within the company&rsquo;s best practices framework. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and organized and possesses project management, writing, and page layout skills. He/she is skilled in working with a team to formulate a pursuit&rsquo;s strategic messages. The successful candidate will have leadership qualities and demonstrate a collaborative mindset, superior communication skills, problem solving ability, organizational skills, and transparency. What You&rsquo;ll Do:
<ul><li>Support the preparation of proposals, client presentations, client development activities and marketing initiatives.
</li><li>Facilitate proposal kick off meetings that define expectations
</li><li>Review client RFPs, identify tasks, assign responsibilities, and develop and manage adherence to the proposal schedule by the capture team
</li><li>Facilitate strategy discussions and collaborate with capture team to develop strategy and win themes
</li><li>Schedule and facilitate proposal review meetings
</li><li>Coordinate receipt and submission of bidder RFIs to the client and distribution of responses/RFP addenda to the capture team
</li><li>Develop page layout and manage proposal documents
</li><li>Lead the team in the development of visual and written content for proposals; draft and/or edit proposal narrative as necessary

The approximate compensation range for this position $86,359 - $124,697 per year. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
