The Register Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist is a health care professional working under the direction of an Invasive Cardiologist and Nurse Manager. The primary roles of Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist include setting up imaging equipment, patient monitoring, procedure documentation and equipment circulator. They are a scrub assistant who works in an environment with the application of ionizing radiation for Cardiac, Electrophysiology, and other Vascular procedures.</p><p>

<p>Capital Cardiology Associates is looking at posting a part-time APP telehealth remote position to help with TCM visits and triage health calls/tasks. Ideally this would be 8:00am-2:00pm or 9:00am-3:00pm Monday through Friday.<br/></p><p>Position Overview:<br/>We are seeking a highly motivated and clinically skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our cardiology team in a remote, part-time telehealth role. This role is primarily responsible for transitional care management (TCM) and longitudinal remote task management, including working the Health Problem task list, with additional support for urgent symptom triage. The APP will work collaboratively with triage nurses and cardiologists while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in clinical decision-making.<br/></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and new graduates with a strong background in cardiology, emergency medicine, or critical care.<br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:<br/></p><p>Perform Transitional Care Management (TCM) visits (7- and 14-day as appropriate) and ensure completion of all TCM requirements, including medication reconciliation, review of hospitalization records, coordination of follow-up care and testing. Consultant Director Clinical Affairs CONSULTANT CLF-CA-JD-02 Page 2 of 3 Issue no: 01 Issue Date: Apr-1, 2019 Relationships: As a member of the Emergency Department, the Consultant will be required to develop strong working relationships with the Emergency Department Nursing and Administrative Staff, and other Allied Health Staff including faculty of public sector hospitals where ChildLife Foundation is supporting their pediatric emergency department. Disciplines: 1. Attendance in time: You should be in time during your calls. There will be a grace time of 15 minutes for your official duty time to report. Three times late arrivals will impact your leaves. 2. During your calls on ground in ER, you should be either in scrubs or with lab coat or both and you should have your own torch and stethoscope to examine a patient. Mobile torch will be discouraged to assess a patient. 3. All personal protective equipment (PPE) decided by the organization as a policy is mandatory to wear during on call. Strict disciplinary action can be taken by the organization on its non- compliance. 4. Hand hygiene compliances should be strictly followed as per WHO standards.</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
