As the Territory Manager, you will:
<ul><li>Achieve sales goals and key business metrics in the assigned territory by flawlessly executing the company&rsquo;s strategies and tactics.

</li><li>Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with physicians, EP laboratory staff, key administration and purchasing personnel, and relevant C-Suite hospital executives, in order to grow and develop business.
</li><li>Coordinate the business priorities and activities of a team (pod) that includes Clinical Account Specialists (CAS) and partners with Field Service Engineers (FSE), Ultrasound CAS (UCAS) and others to deliver superior customer service and alignment that are critical to meet business objectives.
</li><li>Drive the territory business plan, in line with company objectives, through regular communications to the pod, providing assessments of current business state, opportunities for growth and the action plan to achieve the business plan.
</li><li>Have other key responsibilities including new product introductions, communicating pricing in line with company policies, making budgetary proposals and following up on contracts.
</li><li>Manage all aspects of the customer groups, which may include members of large hospital systems/IDNs/GPOs, teaching, city and community hospitals.
</li></ul>Required Qualifications:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$56,000.00 - $89,700.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Regional Therapy Advancement Manager (RTAM) is a field-based marketing role within Johnson &amp; Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology (EP), combining both sales and marketing responsibilities. Reporting to the Area Therapy Advancement Manager, this position is part of the U.S. Commercial Marketing organization. All activities are closely aligned with U.S. Commercial Marketing the Field Sales Organization to ensure maximum effectiveness in expanding patient access to care to therapies including cardiac catheter ablation. The RTAM will lead regional execution strategies and optimize resource utilization in partnership with key business stakeholders, including Professional Education, Health Economics and Market Access (HEMA), and Strategic Customer Group (SCG).
Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>
Drive Awareness and Access to Therapy: Engage hospital administrators, physicians, and patients to increase understanding of cardiac arrhythmias, such as atrial fibrillation (AFib), and available treatment options including catheter ablation.</li><li>
Analyze Market Dynamics: Assess hospital and provider-side market dynamics, uncover gaps in operational efficiency and patient care, and deploy Therapy Advancement tools to expand patient access.</li><li>
Educate Referral Networks: Provide education and resources to Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Primary Care Physicians, and Emergency Medicine Physicians on ablation procedures, benefits, and outcomes to enhance understanding and maximize patient pathways to care.</li><li>
Develop Strategic Business Plans: Collaborate with Area Therapy Advancement Managers and field sales teams to create and execute compliant, data-driven territory plans that achieve business objectives to expand patient access to care.</li><li>
Present Health Economic Insights: Deliver complex health economic information to influential stakeholders including physician leaders, hospital executives, and their business partners in a way that is engaging, credible, and easily understood.</li><li>
Advocate for Electrophysiology Programs: Engage health system administration and hospital leadership to gain alignment on projects and advocate for programs that can accelerate access to care and improve patient outcomes.</li><li>
Communicate Routinely with Field and Leadership: Maintain regular communication with all members of the sales team and Johnson &amp; Johnson MedTech EP leadership as outlined to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities.</li><li>
Advance Market Presence: Execute national, regional, and local promotional campaigns to drive awareness and business opportunities for Johnson &amp; Johnson MedTech EP within the electrophysiology marketplace.</li><li>

Primary Function of Position
 
The Cardiovascular Program Specialist (CVPS) will provide expert clinical support, education, and training to physicians, nurses, and hospital staff on the use of DaVinci cardiac surgery, devices and therapies. This role partners closely with the sales team, specifically the Cardiovascular Sales Manager (CVSM) to ensure safe and effective product adoption while driving positive patient outcomes. This role is part of a small team of strategic sales professionals across the country who are focused on developing cardiac surgeons, and all those associated with cardiac programs.
Clinical Support &amp; Case Coverage<ul><li>
Provide on-site case support in the operating room or hybrid OR for procedures involving robotic cardiac procedures and surgery technologies.</li><li>
Serve as a clinical expert for product setup, troubleshooting, and optimal use during live cases.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with clinical and safety protocols.</li><li>
Expand the user base collaborating with CVSM to cultivate a training pipeline of new surgeons.</li><li>
Exhibit proficiency in multiple technology platforms to effectively support DaVinci adoption of Multiport Single Port, digital solutions, and customer needs.</li><li>
Promote advanced instruments and accessories to enhance surgical performance and promote surgeon autonomy.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for expanding the use of the da Vinci&reg; Surgical Systems and strengthening Intuitive's partnership with healthcare facilities.</li></ul>
Training &amp; Education<ul><li>
Conduct training for physicians and care team members on indications and proper use of robotic platforms.</li><li>

As the Regional Business Director (RBD), you will:
