The Caregiver Relations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring caregivers are properly supported, shifts are filled, and services are delivered without disruption. This role requires someone who remains calm, responsive, and reliable in time-sensitive situations. 
Responsibilities
Caregiver Coordination &amp; Scheduling (Primary)<ul><li>
Coordinate caregiver scheduling and client assignments</li><li>
Manage call-offs, open shifts, and last-minute coverage needs</li><li>
Proactively fill shifts and ensure full schedule coverage</li><li>
Communicate schedules, updates, and changes clearly with caregivers</li><li>
Support caregiver onboarding, coordination, and readiness for assignments</li><li>
Monitor caregiver performance, reliability, and engagement</li><li>
Partner with leadership to maintain a strong, dependable caregiver team</li><li>
Respond to urgent staffing needs with a sense of urgency and accountability</li><li>
Make real-time decisions to resolve scheduling challenges and prevent service gaps</li></ul>
Client Relations &amp; Service Coordination (Secondary)<ul><li>
Support client communication as needed regarding schedules and services</li><li>
Assist with coordinating service updates and schedule adjustments</li><li>
Help ensure continuity of care and appropriate caregiver matching</li><li>
Address basic client concerns and escalate as appropriate</li></ul>
Administrative &amp; Compliance<ul><li>
Maintain accurate caregiver records, files, and documentation</li><li>
Track certifications, training, and compliance requirements</li><li>
Ensure documentation aligns with company policies and state regulations</li><li>
Assist with incident reporting and follow-up related to caregivers</li><li>
Provide regular updates on scheduling, staffing, and key activities</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience in non-medical home care, healthcare staffing, or patient care required</li><li>
CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification preferred</li><li>
Supervisory skills preferred</li><li>
Experience with caregiver scheduling, staffing, or direct care strongly preferred</li><li>
Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>

<li>Attendance Reports: Monitor and generate reports on caregiver attendance and compliance.</li>
<li>Float Coordinator Support: Step in as a float coordinator when needed.</li>
<li>Written Explanation Follow-Up: Review and follow up on caregiver explanations regarding policy infractions or discrepancies.</li>
<li>Other Duties as Assigned: Support the staffing department with additional tasks as needed.</li>
</ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Previous experience in home care staffing or a related role preferred.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li>

<div>Summary:
The Caregiver Administrator is a vital member of our team responsible for providing last-minute coverage for open shifts between the hours of: 
 Morning shift: 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. from Monday to Friday.
