What You&rsquo;ll Do
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate caregivers within the assigned caseload</li>
<li>Schedule caregivers to meet client needs and coverage requirements</li>
<li>Support caregiver recruitment in partnership with HR</li>
<li>Conduct caregiver performance reviews and annual evaluations</li>
<li>Complete client assessments and oversee new starts of care</li>
<li>Address caregiver concerns, performance issues, and disciplinary actions</li>
<li>Audit billing and caregiver timekeeping for payroll accuracy</li>
<li>Assist with caregiver orientation and training programs/ partnering with HR</li>
<li>Maintain accurate, timely client documentation</li>
<li>Respond to client and family concerns and resolve issues</li>
<li>Conduct home visits, check-ins, and satisfaction surveys</li>
<li>Complete incident reports within 24 hours and escalate as needed</li>
<li>Participate in community outreach, marketing events, and partnerships</li>
<li>Provide on-call coverage for assigned caseload, including after-hours support</li></ul> 

Compensation: 
$75,000k-$80,168k per year, depending on experience

Caregiver Responsibilities:
