Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Provide and negotiate freight rates to carriers, ensuring maximum profitability while maintaining healthy relationships.
</li><li>Coordinate available customer freight with available carrier equipment.</li>
<li>Ensure all loads on the load board are covered so that customer freight is moved in an efficient and timely manner.
