<li>Documentation of adherence to medical appointments and medical care plan, including HIV medication adherence.</li>
<li>Provide trauma-informed therapeutic support in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including crises.</li>

<li>Available to provide home visits and accompany clients to medical appointments and outside treatment facilities as necessary.</li>

Provide clinical leadership and oversight for residents served in Gulfstream Goodwill Industries' HUD-supported housing programs. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising clinical and case management staff, ensuring high-quality behavioral health and supportive services, developing and reviewing individualized continuum of care plans, supporting crisis intervention, promoting trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practices, and coordinating with internal and external partners to enhance housing stability, resident wellness, and independent living outcomes.</p><p><b>
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</b></p><ul><li>
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to case managers, social workers, interns, and other assigned staff to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to professional standards.</li><li>
Oversee assessment, service planning, and implementation of individualized plans of care for residents with mental health, behavioral health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.</li><li>
Complete biopsychosocial assessments</li><li>

Demonstrated experience working with adults experiencing serious mental illness, substance use disorders, trauma histories, behavioral challenges, and co-occurring conditions required.</li><li>
Experience developing Continuum of Care Plans, conducting clinical assessments, supervising staff, and managing crisis intervention in community-based or residential environments required.</li><li>
Knowledge of HUD-supported housing principles, housing first practices, community resources, documentation requirements, and service coordination standards preferred.</li><li>
Strong leadership, communication, documentation, organization, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to engage a wide variety of people respectfully and professionally.</li><li>
Ability to interpret regulations, maintain accurate records, use sound clinical judgment, set priorities, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
