Job Description:</b></p><p>
A Case Supervisor in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the delivery of therapy and intervention services for individuals with autism or other developmental disorders. Case Supervisors conduct field visits, provide supervision to assigned cases, review data, monitor client progress, make program modifications as needed under the direction of a clinical manager, and provide parent training and education. Requirements for Case Supervisors:</b></p><ul><li>
Oversee Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they implement treatment plans with fidelity.</li><li>
Provide ongoing supervision, feedback, and training to ABA staff.</li><li>
Conduct regular observations (in-person or via telehealth) of sessions to monitor the quality of service delivery.</li><li>
Ensure accurate data collection during sessions on client progress and behavior changes.</li><li>
Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary program modifications. Use data to adjust goals, teaching strategies, and behavior interventions as needed.</li><li>
Provide parent/caregiver training on behavior interventions and techniques to ensure consistency across environments.</li><li>
Maintain regular communication with families to discuss progress, challenges, and program updates. Address family concerns and incorporate family feedback into the treatment plan.</li><li>
Ensure proper documentation of all services provided, including session notes, data sheets, and progress reports.</li><li>
Manage any crisis situations involving clients (e.g., aggressive behaviors) and ensure proper intervention.</li><li>
Stay updated on and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal regulations from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and other governing bodies.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Must possess a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or a related field.</li><li>
Two years of experience in ABA or a related field. Experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services is a huge plus!</li><li>
Enrolled as graduate student in an applied behavior analysis leading to certification of BCBA (Preferred)</li><li>
A thorough understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.</li><li>
Must be willing to undergo a criminal background clearance.</li><li>
Must provide proof of a negative TB test, pre-employment physical exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/Varicella-Zoster Virus during our onboarding, which we will pay for.</li><li>
You'll be driving to and from clients' homes, so you must have a reliable form of transportation, including a valid driver&rsquo;s license and car insurance.</li><li>

Documents evidence to substantiate reports of child abuse and neglect in order to support the court petition.
</p><p>I-IV - Locates suitable alternative placement to meet specific child/children&rsquo;s needs and in conjunction with policy and practice guidelines and prepares the child and family for the child/children&rsquo;s placement. Facilitates placement and coordinates visitations with the family and transports children and client families to necessary appointments.
</p><p>I-IV - Develops a case record and completes all required documentation which includes the safety plan, court reports and all necessary Bridges documentation of case related activities. Level I, works under the direction of and review by the supervisor. II, has supervisory oversight, III has minimal review by the supervisor and IV is independent of the supervisor.

Level II possesses fundamental knowledge. Level III possesses advanced knowledge. Level IV possesses advanced knowledge and manages an increasingly complex caseload.
</p><p>I-IV - Establishes and develops relationships with children and their families in home; arranges and provides services to prevent further abuse/neglect and to enable the child to remain safely in his/her home and maintains contact according to policy. Levels I&amp;II are under the direction of the supervisor.
</p><p>I-IV - Establishes and maintains relationships with children in placement and their families and arranges and provides services to enable children to return home, and makes other alternative permanent plans if appropriate under the direction of the supervisor. The Formation Project serves survivors of sex and/or labor trafficking by providing safety, stability, and connection through case management and peer support. The Formation Project increases the identification of survivors and collaborative community partnerships while enhancing options survivors have available to them regarding justice outcomes.</p><p><b>Position Summary: </b>We are seeking a dedicated bilingual case manager in Charleston, South Carolina, responsible for trauma-informed case management, crisis coordination, and facilitating appropriate referrals to our community partners.
