 We are looking for an organized and detailed oriented individual to work with in a Parking Cashier position.
 
 
 The Parking Cashier is responsible for operating a designated parking location by accurately performing cash and electronic transactions while delivering exceptional customer service. This role ensures proper ticket handling, secure cash management, and a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. The Cashier works closely with team members and management to ensure compliance with cash-handling procedures, safety standards, and company policies while consistently exceeding customer and client expectations.
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
 </li>

 Maintain organized cash drawer and tickets at all times
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare cash control and summary sheets neatly and accurately
 </li>

 Report all cash overages and shortages promptly

 Ensure adequate change is available throughout the shift

 Complete shift and daily reconciliations of receipts, cash, and charges

 Perform revenue drops following location-specific procedures

 Secure all funds and control documents in deposit bags prior to deposit

 Greet and depart guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner

 Issue and/or collect visitor parking tickets

 Match visitor ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located

 Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe cashier booth and surrounding work area
 </li>

 Clean and organize the interior of the booth and booth windows
 </li>

 Ensure signage and equipment are clean and free of vandalism or graffiti
 </li>

 Walk the parking lot to pick up trash and replace garbage liners as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure supplies are stocked, properly stacked, and organized
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a safe and secure work environment at all times
 </li>

 Lock windows and doors and secure cash if leaving the booth for any reason
 </li>
 <li>
 Report all accidents, incidents, suspicious activity, or safety concerns immediately

 Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

 Follow Reimagined Parking dress code and grooming standards

 Ensure punctuality and accurate timecard punches at the start and end of each shift

We are seeking a friendly and highly motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Associate to join our team. This position offers significant visibility to our valued customers and requires outstanding customer service skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a dedication to maintaining a professional appearance. The ideal candidate will also possess strong cash handling abilities, ensuring accurate and error-free transactions. 


Position Contingencies:

Candidates must consent to a criminal background check and be willing to undergo a drug test prior to employment. 


Key Responsibilities:

<li>Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.</li>
<li>Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies.</li>
<li>Handle complex transactions with skill and confidence.</li>
<li>Stay informed about promotional products and effectively upsell the customers to consider additional items.</li>
<li>Build and maintain positive relationships with both customers and coworkers.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the store and enhance customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Ensure the cleanliness and appealing presentation of the store, including product displays, cooler doors, and store exterior. Responsibilities also include emptying trash, bagging ice, and restocking items during quieter periods.</li></ul>
