Job Summary:
</b></p><p>Provide beverage service to guests while maintaining the standards of Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino by providing outstanding guest service, and displaying a fun and friendly attitude at all times.</p><p><b><br>
Essential Functions:</b></p><ul><li>
Ensure compliance with the applicable Tribal, Federal and other laws and gaming regulations and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.</li><li>
Ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions.</li><li>
Maintain friendly and effective working relationships with members of all departments.</li><li>
Promote a friendly atmosphere by smiling, welcoming guests with friendly greetings, making eye contact with guests and offering kind departure statements.</li><li>
Provide superior cocktail service in designated areas by offering complimentary and alcohol refreshments to guests.</li><li>
Practice responsible alcohol service to prevent and recognize potential alcohol related concerns and maintain Safe Server certification.</li><li>
Assist with supplying and cleaning all comp beverage stations on the floor.</li><li>
Handle cash and reconcile bank.</li><li>
Alert management immediately of any issues and problems.</li><li>
Operate and handle cash registers, juice guns, cutting boards, soda guns, ice machines, shot glasses, mixers, pourers, knives, coffee machines, alcoholic frozen drink machines, iced tea machines and other utensils equipment as necessary.</li><li>
Demonstrate and promote KLECH core values and EGET skills.</li><li>
Manage and maintain security of confidential information entrusted to position.</li><li>
Attend and satisfactorily complete all required training as assigned.</li><li>
Monitor compliance with property established Anti-Money Laundering policies.</li><li>

Minimum Requirements to Qualifications:

<li>Takes orders from guests or servers.</li>
<li>Maintains a 2 minute or less production cycle for a 20-drink tray or a 2 minute cycle (2 drinks a minute) for a cash bar.</li>
<li>Prepares and pours drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe, communicates with beverage servers, and presents drinks to guests or servers as required.</li>
<li>Operates a cash register/POS System, ringing proper amount into the register and giving the guest or server the correct change; accounts for all cash, charge and complimentary sales according to established procedure; maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.</li>
