Maintain a valid DOT medical card and adhere to random drug/alcohol screening. Use required PPE and follow HACCP/GMP food safety procedures. Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or incidents immediately. EQUIPMENT AND WAREHOUSE SUPPORT Maintain truck cleanliness, organization, and readiness. Assist with replenishing carts, staging equipment, and returning trays/pans. Support warehouse operations during downtime, including sorting equipment and resetting carts. Participate in spill-response procedures and maintain up-to-date documentation. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong communication and customer service skills when interacting with flight crew and airport staff. The Catering Transport Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transport of catering equipment and products between the flight kitchen and aircraft.
