The CBRNE Analyst will serve in a multidiscipline role, providing direct feedback on the current and future state of a well-established network of detection and identification instrumentation. The CBRNE Analyst will provide project oversite for vendor agreements which require in depth understanding of instrument functionality. Candidate will communicate with vendor engineers to explain instrument discrepancies and will establish service procedures and reports. Candidate will assess manufacturer recommendations and corrective actions and provide feedback on service agreement value and benefits.</p><p></p><p>
The CBRNE Analyst will interface directly with customer representatives in training, recommendations, analysis documentation, and addressing instrument network analysis discrepancies. Candidate will create and provide training as required, produce white papers and reports, contribute to SOP development, and organize and execute experiments to validate root cause and corrective actions.</p><p></p><p>

Coordinate development and maintenance of technical documentation, presentations, and digital resources.</li><li>
Ensure clear, accurate, and accessible project documentation.</li><li>

Required Education and Experience:</b></p><ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years of project management experience in technology, broadcast, telecommunications, or a related field.</li><li>
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Experience with technical writing and documentation.</li><li>
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.</li><li>
Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency, analyze information, and support decision-making.</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred Education and Experience:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering, information technology, telecommunications, or a related field.</li><li>
Proficiency with project management tools.</li><li>
Experience with broadcast systems, RF technology, communications systems, software and/or hardware development.</li><li>
Familiarity with positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) technologies and ATSC 3.0 standards.</li><li>
Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.</li></ul><p><b>
Work Environment &amp; Travel:</b></p><p>
This position operates with a hybrid schedule which includes at least three days in the Washington D.C. office. Domestic travel of up to 10% may be required.</p><p><b><i>
