What you'll do as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:
 
<ul><li>Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition.
</li><li>Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.
</li><li>Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises.
</li><li>Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
</li><li>Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.

About the role<div>
The CDL Driver II is responsible for transporting both hazardous and non-hazardous waste between company facilities and customer sites. This position primarily involves operating manual transmission vehicles, including roll off trucks as the main equipment, along with van trailers and box trucks. This is a local, home daily driving role.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Safely operate commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards while meeting scheduled delivery and pickup times</li><li>
Load, transport, and unload materials using specialized equipment including vacuum systems and pumping units</li><li>

Driver safety is important to Ben E. Keith. We use dash cameras which leverage artificial intelligence to recognize safe driving, capture safety events and improve driver safety performance. The videos are also used to exonerate drivers in accidents. All drivers sign a driver consent form upon hire to confirm their understanding.

<div><div>Looking for a new team member for our crew at North Coast Marine Construction Inc. North Coast Marine Construction is a Westside of Cleveland construction company established in 1997. We specialize in lakefront construction projects and manufacture a pre-cast concrete block called Redi-Rock.
 
 
Drivers will be supporting local projects and distributing the Redi-Rock to routes in NE Ohio. All routes will be returning home daily. Any Bobcat experience would be helpful.
