The Cemetery Caretaker is responsible for the overall appearance of cemetery, mausoleum, and funeral home locations, including maintenance and grounds keeping, locating grave sites, digging graves, installing crypt faces, memorials, monuments, conducting interments, entombments and inurnments, and repairs and maintenance tasks. Depending on the location to which the employee is assigned, individual responsibilities may include some, or all, of the following activities: grounds keeping, interment/memorialization, and facilities cleaning/maintenance. An employee&rsquo;s position assignment will be based on demonstrated competence in the skills required for the next level in the job family.
Responsibilities
<ul><li>Grounds Keeping:
<ul><li>Cuts grass.</li>
<li>Maintains lawn and trims around trees, walkways, and memorial markers</li>

<li>Moves and removes flowers to and from the chapel and graveside.</li>

<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.</li>
<li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Accounting, Accounts Payable, or Finance.</li>
<li>Experience with treasury management systems, online banking platforms, and ERP systems.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of cash forecasting, liquidity management, banking operations, ACH, wire transfers, and accounts payable processes.</li>
<li>Knowledge of debt management, lending covenants, and treasury controls preferred.</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial reporting.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li>

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Social Worker will serve as a vital link between the Pine Bluff Police Department and the community by addressing the social, emotional, and mental needs of individuals encountered during law enforcement interactions. The Social Worker provides crisis intervention, case management, advocacy, and referrals, responds to mental health, substance abuse, domestic violence, and other social emergencies alongside police officers. The Social Worker helps stabilize individuals and connects them to emergency services and treatment, educates the public and community groups about available resources and department programs, develops individualized care plans and follow-up treatment, and assists victims, families, and witnesses by providing trauma-informed support. The Social also conducts in-service training sessions for officers on crisis intervention, mental health, trauma, and cultural competency, assists in developing protocols involving mental health, and performs all other duties assigned.
 
ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution; Licenses or license-eligible in the State of Arkansas (LCSW preferred); two to five years of professional experience in social work, crisis intervention, or a related field; experience in law enforcement settings preferred.
