Essential Functions</b></p><ul><li>
Perform those flight instructor duties authorized by the Federal Aviation regulations in accordance with the approved Syllabi's.
</li><li>Ensure all students understand and practice all aspects of PEA's Training procedures and policies including Safety Standards.
</li><li>Regularly schedule each assigned student to ensure on time progress through the respective course and immediately inform supervisor of any delays in training or unsatisfactory progress.
</li><li>Responsible for accurately maintaining all appropriate records to include student training record and student logbook.</li><li>
Ensure that course standards, training requirements, and objectives are met by all assigned students as stipulated in the applicable Course Syllabus.
</li><li>Initiate stage check and End-of-Course requests for assigned students. Responsible for the timely course completion of all flight students assigned.</li><li>
Monitor the maintenance condition of the training aircraft and inform PEA maintenance personnel of any items of concern.</li></ul><ul><li>
Recommend curriculum and courseware improvements when appropriate.
</li><li>File incident reports as necessary to report any observed safety violations or situations that may affect the safety of flight.
</li><li>Attend administrative, standardization, in-service training, and instructor and project development meetings as assigned.
</li><li>Assist with special projects to include but not limited to: Changes to PEA FS manual, the associated materials and participate in work-shops including FAA meetings.

The Yoga and Meditation Instructor at Miraval The Red Sea is responsible for leading transformative movement-based experiences that integrate mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and holistic fitness practices. This role supports guests in achieving physical, mental, and emotional well-being through personalized and group sessions, including yoga, meditation, Pilates, tai chi, Qi Gong, breathwork, and other mindful movement modalities. The instructor will create a safe, inspiring, and engaging environment that promotes inner balance and self-discovery while adhering to Saudi Arabia&rsquo;s hospitality and wellness industry standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Wellness team to create integrated programs that enhance the guest experience.</p>

Program Delivery &amp; Guest Experience:</b></p>

<li>Lead group and private sessions in yoga, meditation, tai chi, breathwork, Qi Gong, sound healing, pilates, and other mindful movement modalities, tailoring the experience to guest needs.</li>

<li>Deliver educational workshops on posture, movement awareness, stress reduction, and energy balancing techniques.</li>
<li>Ensure a welcoming, inclusive, and culturally respectful environment for all guests, addressing diverse backgrounds, physical abilities, and wellness goals.</li>
<li>Align all movement sessions with Miraval&rsquo;s mindfulness-based approach to well-being, incorporating elements of self-discovery, emotional health, and transformation.</li>

Qualifications</p><div><ul>
<li>Certified instructor in Yoga (RYT-200/500), Pilates, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, or other relevant mindful movement disciplines.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of experience teaching at a luxury wellness resort, retreat center, or holistic health setting.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of movement mechanics, breathwork, mindfulness, and mind-body integration.</li>
<li>Experience working with diverse guest needs, including beginners, advanced practitioners, and those with physical limitations or specific wellness goals.</li>
<li>Proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).</li>
<li>Ability to create a calming, nurturing, and inspiring class environment that promotes relaxation, focus, and personal transformation.</li>
