Basic Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.</li><li>
You will coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), remove barriers to successful implementation, and maintain a continued focus on the tasks at hand.</li><li>
Your role will involve facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while also identifying and reporting progress through appropriate metrics.</li><li>

You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Scrum is required. Advanced proficiency in Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development) is recommended.</li><li>
Additionally, advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management and Agile Process Coaching is suggested.</li><li>
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by encouraging feedback and innovative ideas.</li><li>
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for Agile practices.</li><li>
Utilize metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>
Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance the team's understanding of Agile principles and practices.</li><li>
Encourage collaboration and communication among team members to enhance productivity and morale.</li></ul>
Role requires 60% onsite client work (3 days per week) in New Jersey or Plano, TX</div>
