Banner Thunderbird Medical Center</b><b> - BTMC (Glendale, AZ) </b><b>Clinical Care Operations (CCO) Med Surg Unit </b>is the hub of patient management for the campus, providing relief staffing to clinical departments/units, bed assignment, unit staffing, house supervision, and emergency preparedness. Several employee groups report to CCO, including clinical positions such as RN House Supervisors, SWAT RNs, and the Resource Team (RN, CNA/PCA, HUC, and BHT), plus non-clinical roles (Transport, Dispatch, Placement Liaisons, and more). POSITION SUMMARY<br>
This position provides routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care. This position is responsible for on-going patient data collection and documentation in the medical records and provides a variety of unit support functions which contribute to the overall efficient operation of the nursing unit/department.<br>
